What's better a regular sauna or a steam sauna to sweat more? - steam sauna bath
In my gym there is both a steam sauna and 1 normal. Steam 1 feels warmer, but I assume that the water from my body does not sweat over the steam
Which is better, more sweat, feel more heat in the steam at 130 degrees for a regular 160 I
