How do you get enough iron from a vegetarian diet? - vegetarian diet iron
Recently I decided to try the vegetarian lifestyle for free for 30 days (and I stay with him if I) can have significant health benefits. I wonder what exactly should I eat every day if I get enough iron? Preferably, I would be something that would not have trouble finding the store, and not something too expensive. = P
Also, when I milk with oatmeal, which could hinder the absorption of iron? I read somewhere that if you have non-heme iron-calcium that your body does not absorb in a position to much iron.
